It is fairly clean and reasonably spacious hotel, the staff are well-trained and location to the waterpark is prime and strategic.

I had a blast at the spectacular Grand Resort Deck, with the world's longest Skytop Aquatic Adventure Rapids and a lovely kid's zone. The hotel's location allowed me to easily access international cuisine and vibrant entertainment. The Lounge provided a relaxing atmosphere for delicious tapas.

Oh, I just loved when they rushed me out of the executive lounge before closing time. Such a thoughtful touch!

The hotel offers great value for money and attention to detail. The location in the newer Galaxy area is perfect for exploring local attractions and finding good food. The staff provides excellent service and the rooms with Executive Lounge access are a nice upgrade. The breakfast, with a chef making eggs to order and included cocktails, adds to the overall enjoyable experience.

We truly enjoyed this place. Breakfast was delicious, particularly good views, awesome location just next door to lounge/main restaurant, afternoon tea, canapés and evening alcoholic drinks for 4 hours served in the executive lounge and the Venetian and many shops around there. The check in was smooth, the staff was really kind.

Had a fantastic Thanksgiving at this hotel last year. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location inside a large shopping mall provided easy access to luxury stores and a great food court. We also loved the breakfast offered by the hotel, which had a great spread of delicious food.

A lack of signage, which made it difficult to navigate the hotel at first. It took some time to find the exit/entry mall and hotel.

Everything was superb - from the service to the facilities. The check-in staff, particularly Joy, was extremely helpful and friendly. We loved the free hotel shuttle that runs every 15 minutes, and the staff always had a smile on their faces. The hotel facilities and amenities were well-maintained, and the pool was massive. The service was truly impressive, from the attention to detail to the courteous travel information provided. Our executive room was fantastic, with a working desk, Nespresso machine, and a beautiful view of the swimming pool and garden. The hotel's location was also great, within a 15-minute walk to a local shopping strip. JW Marriott is the best hotel we've stayed at in Macau.

The staff at Jw Marriott went above and beyond to ensure my stay was exceptional. From accommodating my room preferences to delivering a personalized souvenir, their attention to detail was impressive. The hotel facilities, especially the pool and outdoor areas for kids, were great. The room was spacious and modern, and the breakfast at Urban Kitchen was delicious with excellent staff.

The location in the newer Galaxy area ensures a peaceful and relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy areas. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a king-size bed and even a roll-out bed for extra guests. The views from the rooms are simply breathtaking, and the welcome cake adds a special touch to the overall experience. The access to the lounge is a great bonus, where guests can enjoy complimentary breakfast, complete with a chef making eggs to order, as well as cocktails in the evenings.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The location was very convenient as it was located in the heart of the complex with easy access to the shopping mall and other hotels. The hotel facilities were superb, especially the pool which had artificial waves and was very refreshing. The Hong Kong-style milk tea served during breakfast was a nice surprise and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Spent my New Year at a luxurious hotel and had a great time. The breakfast was delicious and the view from the room was breathtaking. they offered free access to their gym and spa facilities, which were quite enjoyable. The hotel's location was perfect too, with easy access to the nearby shops and restaurants.

The hotel did not offer enough information about their recreational facilities and activities on New Year's Eve. It would have been great to know in advance what would be happening at the hotel to plan accordingly.

Our recent stay in the Galaxy area was fantastic. We enjoyed being adjacent to the Galaxy casino and Man Ho Chinese restaurant. The big water park was nearby too! The room was amazing, with modern bathroom amenities. The service was top-notch, especially in the Executive Lounge with great food and service. We loved the pool view and well-equipped gym. The staff was friendly at ESPA, which had the best spa facilities and services. The complimentary breakfast was delicious.

We experienced issues with our room key cards, requiring multiple replacements.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious venue! The exclusive amenities met our needs with impeccable service. The spa and wellness centre's beautiful pool and Jacuzzi were fantastic, and the outdoor swimming pool was heated with sun loungers and beach umbrellas. The treatment room was great for a soothing body scrub and massage, and the spa lounge was a relaxing spot. We loved the in-room breakfast and the poolside snack bar, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for a nightcap. We were impressed with the private facilities and the location advantages, and we highly recommend this hotel!

One minor issue we encountered was that some of the staff members were not very friendly or helpful, which made us feel uncomfortable. However, this did not detract from our overall positive experience, and we would definitely return to this hotel in the future.
